    FARM SELECTION

    Plot-level contracts with 450+ growers across Idukki, Wayanad and Kannur. Soil and crop notes recorded before the season opens.

    HARVEST & CURING

    Hand-picked at optimum maturity, sun- or mechanically dried to target moisture before it ever reaches our gate.

  3. 03

    CLEANING & GRADING

    De-stoning, gravity separation, magnetic and optical sorting. Grades split before milling, never after.

  4. 04

    LAB TESTING

    Moisture, volatile oil, ASTA colour, aflatoxin, pesticide residue and micro panel. Retained sample per lot, held 24 months.

  5. 05

    MILLING & PACKING

    Cryogenic and cold milling to protect volatiles, then nitrogen-flushed pouches or food-grade bulk liners.

  6. 06

    DOCS & DISPATCH

    Phytosanitary, COA, COO, fumigation and insurance handled by our desk. FOB Cochin, or CIF to your port.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

Spices start at 500 kg per SKU for bulk, or 3,000 pouches per SKU for retail packs. Garments start at 250-500 pieces depending on category. Mixed-SKU containers are fine, we consolidate.

CAN WE GET SAMPLES BEFORE ORDERING?

Yes. Spice samples up to 250 g per item ship free by courier; you cover freight. Garment sampling runs 7-12 days and the sampling charge is credited back against a confirmed order.

WHAT PAYMENT TERMS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Irrevocable LC at sight, or 30% advance with balance against scanned Bill of Lading. Repeat buyers can move to open terms after the third shipment.

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?

＋

Spices: 12-18 days from confirmed PO to gate-out, subject to crop availability. Garments: 40-50 days from approved pre-production sample. Both exclude ocean transit.

DO YOU SUPPORT THIRD-PARTY INSPECTION?

Always. SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own QC team are welcome at our facility for pre-shipment inspection and container loading supervision.
